This might be hoarding.

Hi, I just thought I would share this little yarn.
Alan, Ossie Bluesman, needed a new button for a tuner. I said I had a bunch and would sort one out for him, which I did.
I was very surprised to find that my stash was so huge. I have a habit of throwing used, broken and unwanted parts into a container with the intension of throwing them out at some stage I have containers of bone off cuts, old fret sets, pickups, violin, cello and bass bridges and tuning pegs, guitar bridges, and dozens of necks. Not to mention the ten electric guitars and nine mandolins donated by two customers.
And of course the tuners shown here. They are the junk tuners, the good ones from old Gibsons, Fenders, and antique mandolins and banjos are in drawers alongside my repair bench.

Also shown is the inventiveness of some players. From two different instruments, note the slotted screws.

The only reason we eat ice cream is to get the containers. Hahaha.

My dilemma......how small does a piece of wood have to be before it gets binned?
