Hi Has anyone got a copy of the book "Left Brain Lutherie" by David Hurd that you'd be happy to part with? Getting one from David turns out to be stupidly expensive with postage cost at present (USD80 for postage on tp of the book cost).

Are you sure there is more in that book than you would get from Trevor and Gerard's book? Though I realize it is fairly expensive too. Their book probably has far more useful information around the whole build process.

I vaguely remember that he was offering a free download and after a bit of searching I seem to have the spreadsheets he offered though not the text.

Andrew. Check with David Hurd if he'll post two copies of the book in one parcel. If that brings down the per copy freight costs then I'm in for a copy.

You are probably aware that chapters 5 onwards are available in PDF format...?

I thought I would pop over and check postal rates and found this a notice that USPS is temporarily suspending service to numerous countries. You lot are on the list. The book will have to go via FEDEX or DHL.
