Hide Glue

Hello,

I am looking to get some Hide Glue in Australia if possible. I am wanting quality gram strength of 192 or upwards to 251. Does anyone know where I can get some? Currently I use Art Spectrum Rabbit Hide but it appears to have a low gram strength (no indication on the packet of the gram strength). Cheers, Robert

Not sure of gram strength, but I get mine from Carbatec in Melbourne.

Carbatec usually stock the Ubeaut pearl hide glue. No indications on the packet or data sheet as to gram strength. A post on the Ubeaut woodworking forum would get a response from Neil who owns Ubeaut.
