Cairns Ukulele Building Class 2014

This is for some of the lurkers here who might like a chance to get some hands on instruction on building an instrument. There are several members of the forum that have been to one of these courses and now have completed several instruments on their own.

As in previous years, I will be running a 5 day uke building course along with Micheal Connor in the week leading up to the Cairns Ukulele Festival. We have run this course for the last 4 years, along with the most recent back in Brisbane in conjunction with the SPRUKE ukulele Festival.

The dates will be from Monday June 30 - Friday July 4 2014. Class size is limited to 10 students.

Well be building a tenor size pineapple uke in Australian Blackwood. Feel free to contact me via the forum or my website if you would like any more information.

Count me in, it's heaps of fun. We only do 8 till 5 (or a bit earlier) so there is plenty of daylight left to have a look around Cairns while your up there.Festival events usually start on the Friday and continue till Sunday.
