Yep Paul I had heard that but unfortunately for Bob's wallet it did not pan out. It seems Michael had invested heavily in carbon fibre rods, then apparently after some article in the Guild of American Luthiers the bottom dropped out of the C.F. rod price and Michael had to go back to busking for a living. I think his act was something to do with a organ to grind or some such thing.
