Brazilian Rosewood 12 Fret O-Model
Finally got this one finished. It's been on the go for over a year. I'm particularly pleased with how it sounds - probably the best sounding instrument I've built. I probably say that about every new instrument I build but it does sound nice.
It's a Swiss Spruce top with a Spanish Cedar neck, linings, head and tail blocks, Honduran Rosewood bridge plate, Maple purflings and the rest is Brazilian Rosewood. (backs, sides, bindings, rosette, fingerboard, head stock overlay and bridge.

That's Bloody Nice Bob , Just Like a Brazilian, Clean and Tidy
.
I love the restraint you have exercised with it , the temptation with a timber like BR is to do a heap of inlay, But I think letting the wood do the talking is the way to go.
Again a really nice Guitar congrats
Cheers,

lovely
Im a sucker for 12 fret small bodied guitars and that one ticks all the boxes
does the BRW make much of a difference ,in your opinion or its more a psycho thing
I dont think Ive ever seen BRW let alone ever being able to build with it ??

Well you built with the heavy hitters of the tonewood world, so that combined with your immense skill, no wonder it
sounds so great.
One these days I'll get around to building one of these little guys.
Cheers,
Christian.

Love the small bodies. Although I am happy to do the dreaded dreadnoughts too!

Nice choice of wood, but that bridge doesn't look anything like a fish

Great work.
Clearly you've honed more than just tools to produce this classic Bob.
Those thin slices of lovely rare wood done very well to luck out and find your hand. Because that's unlikely to happen again these days for obvious reasons, I imagine that 'this' one is a definite keeper for your own pool room ay mate??
Cheers

Very elegant, in many ways simplicity showcases a makers skill more than anything else.
