Murray Kuun makes these guitars with corner blocks like in violin construction. Thought you lot might not have seen this one yet ...

There's another way for Paul to use up some of those stair treads. Man I'm so envious.

Thanks for that pic Mathew . It's certainly an interesting design , and I can see there has been quite a bit of thought and design go into it.

Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but I can see how it would appeal to some. Not too much stress involved in preparing the sides either , which sounds like a good thing ! :lol:
