Gilet Guitars "Grace" cutaway - any info?

Hi,

I have seen a guitar described as a Gilet Guitars "auditorium" for sale on fleabay. It's a cutaway and according to the description the word "Grace" is in the soundhole inlay. Unfortunately there is no photo of the sound hole or the label. The description says (translated) its has Canadian spruce on the top and the back and sides are "Rosecherry" whatever that may be. Looks like a nice guitar. Anyone know anything about this model?

Alot of copies on ebay......Ashley Sanders here in SA had one of his lattice braced classicals copied by the Chinese and it ended up on Ebay advertised as an "Ashley sanders model lattice braced guitar".

The info on the page looks bona fide and the seller gives plenty of info. Just I can't track the model at all.

Interesting to see that the guitar Martin links to has the full Gillet headstock logo but the German one just has a "G" Has Gerard changed his logo over time? (I know I have, three times infact )

Got a quick answer from Gilet Guitars. Its a Gilet design but the manufacturing is outsourced. So it is one of their lower/middle range products as opposed to a luthier model.

Outsourced to somewhere in asia? Gerard was involved in setting up a factory in Vietnam wasnt he?
