Here's a link (via Stewmac's facebook page) to a very nice Tele build, the guys obviously likes to get the details correct! Even down to winding his own pickups & pulling the frets in from the side & getting all the tooling holes in the same spots!

Im wondering why he doesnt use his router table to do the truss rod channel.

It's a curved channel, hard to do on a table
I made up a similar jig to do rear routed tele truss rod channels
