I heard Graham on ABC radio this arvo, discussing the late Graham Bell.
And not a single mention of bouzoukis, mandolins or fiddles!
How did you hold back mate?

I partition the various bits of my life (is there a smiley for terminally confused?) In those slots I am in Sound Archivist mode, waffling on about what are often obscure bits of Australian music. Not really as much fun as building mandolins, but it pays better and is enjoyable.

I was annoyed that I missed getting together with Trevor and the rest of you last weekend, but we had previously agreed to go to Perisher and help out with the music festival down there. We should organise another curry get-together some weekend soon. Most of us live around Belco so it shouldn't be too hard. A luthiers' dinner every 2-3 months?
