I was recounting to sweetie the other day of how BiillyT and Hesh eases the furrowed-brow seriousness of Luthiery by occasionally posting gut-wrenchingly funny photographs of Hesh, Billy, Serge or any other unfortunates after they have been Photoshopped.

By now there must be quite a few of these works of art floating around in cyberspace.....

Could we please dedicate this thread to Billy's great work? And to thank him, Hesh and Serge for bringing laughter into this world?

I mean, Billy would probably spend a day or 2 revisiting old threads and it would probably give him new ideas and new targets, gotta be careful what we ask for!

I think "Zerge the Safety Goat" is my favorite! Bob the Zoot pimp is the one that started it off! I like that one a lot!

Other than the elephantine ball sack, "Spider Dennis" looks healthier than I do in real life. That one still cracks me up every time I see it!

My own work in PhotoShop has been virtually all for business or other "regular stuff", but I must say I do like my rendition of "Hesh the French Maid" - it is truly disturbing!

Billy, come on, lets have a few photos of you, and see if we can match your work!

Thank you Kim. You are so sweet and correct. That would have been my brothers twinkling in my mother's eye. My very much younger brothers.

I turn 45 this spring.

Serge, my dear bother, I have gone out of my way to make sure that I did not give Billy anything to work with in Photoshop.

Dennis, Billy gave us two or three relatively recent pictures of himself. The one I remember most reminded me of a politician's stock photo.

I try to be nice to you, Hesh AND brother Billy. The unretouched photo of me above is, I think, pretty good. Of course, I haven't been able to completely maintain that physique, but I haven't changed much.
