Heads Up for a bargain for anyone close to Melbourne/Geelong

Post by woodrat » Fri Jan 06, 2012 9:06 pm

Hi, Here is a heads up for any of our Victorian Brethren who may be in the market for a very nice bit of Aussie Cast Iron. A 6 inch Woodfast jointer starting off at $0.99

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/WOODFAST-Pla ... 3a6ed112eb

Disclosure: I have no connection with the seller I just found it in my regular trollings of evilBay and so thought that I would post for the benefit of anzlf members south of the border :)

Thanks John

That bloke had a nice old drill press that I wouldn't mind. I've already got a jointer.

Regards
Bob, Geelong

Thanks John...these type of posts making members aware of an opertunity to fill the gaps in their wardrobe of lutherical lingerie are precisely why the ANZLF was started...By all means post on. 8)

An old woodfast...hmmmm..If I was on that side of the island I would buy the bloody thing just so I could give it nice long massage with some oil...and then polish the knobs a little..yes I know, such a tart. But there is something about good old cast that makes me feel...well...in love

Cheers

Kim

Cheers Bob and Kim, I hope that an ANZLFer gets it a a good price. It looks like a great machine.

Markus...If I find a closer one I will let you know so the freight doesn't kill you! :)
