I Can't see you finding plans for these, the body or what there is of it shouldn't be that hard to work out, as far as the electronics go, you could also sort that with a lot of thought, but you will never never find the plans, I would think.

The hardware on a Chapman stick isn't standard.....eg. the frets are triangular and relatively large, the truss rod looks like its a proprietry kettle of fish as well....the pickups and on board electronics are not readily available pieces of kit either.
