Thanks for the links John, I hadn't seen these before. They look very basic to me however, and I'd recommend anybody who's seriously going to try to build one to spring for the François Charle plans: http://www.rfcharle.com/HTML/PlanSelmerA.html (and his book too!)

The Collins book is also a useful reference to have. If you can afford it, his DVDs are even more helpful.
