Problem with a customers guitar.
I have a problem with a guitar that a customer ordered. The customer told me what he wanted with regards to body shape, feel/shape of the neck, types of woods he wanted used & the finish e.t.c. Now I've spent many a late hour bent over sooty candles fettling & crafting this guitar with only the simplest of tools. I presented it to the customer & all he's done is complain ever since he's had it, said something about being an absolute pig to play "uncomfortable" & other mutterings. For the life of me I fail to see what his complaint is so I thought I'd ask you guys what you think, is my customer being to 'precious' & needs to grow a set of does he have cause to complain, am I missing something? Maybe you can find a fault?

Well I can see the problem right off the bat - you've forgotten the tremolo arm...

You have to educate that customer!Nick wrote: [...] For the life of me I fail to see what his complaint is so I thought I'd ask you guys what you think, is my customer being to 'precious' & needs to grow a set of does he have cause to complain, am I missing something? Maybe you can find a fault?

Re: Problem with a customers guitar.
I can't see the issue Nick, that's how I set all mine up and noone has complained since I started leaving the bloodied clever out on the bench at pickup time and explaining to folks at hand over that I have a real issue with criticism.

Nick, in future only take on properly respectful customers.
