Bridge pins too small

Bridge pins too small

Okay as the title says, I have just about finished the guitar, and I am up to stringing.

And the bridge pins are too small!. It is the first time I have brought a premade bridge and I am now regretting it.

I am considering using wood filler to fill up the holes, and then re drill them? Will this work ?

Any other ideas ?

I wouldn't use wood filler but I would re-drill the existing bridge pin holes and glue in a solid wood insert.

Then re-drill.

Another option would be to buy Stewmac's oversize pins . They have them in Ebony or Ivoroid

Are you trying to fit 3 deg pins in a 5 deg bridge?
