Hi Graham,

Hope GAL is treating you well. Simple question, reinforcement under the bend? A strip of bias perhaps?

'evening folks
GAL all done with and a grand time had by all. A totally recommendable activity for lutherie stimulation and a good time. I am sure Tim S will add his comments in a few days. Staying with some friends on Vashon Island, to the north of Tacoma, overlooking Seattle across the water before heading home tomorrow.
None of the European bent-top mandos I have seen use any re-enforcement on the inside of the bend, but a strip of cloth soaked in glue certainly would not hurt but it doesn't seem necessary

cheers

Graham
