new lychee wood
I got these wood some time back and now putting it to good use. its quite a dense wood like cocobolo and bend like butter.

Very nice indeed, never seen this stuff before The old woodworkers adage that every fruit and nutwood tree provides excellent timber gets reaffirmed when you see stuff like this. Looks like a cross between the grain of Vic Ash and the colour of Mahog.
