i am making a oud instrument and need help

hi to everyone
i am trying to make an oud instrument similar to lute instrument and i am having dificult getting the ribs right i would appreciate any help or advice i am located in sydney i will post a link for a website so u can have an idea about my instrument plz help me if u can.

Martin is building a Lute, very similar to an oud I have no doubt; he should be able to give you some good advice if you post some pictures of your progress to date.

Mick, I'm at work so no mobile or landline contact. I'm 200km off the coast of WA. Best to put up photos and ask questions via the forum...that way any others with similar problems you're having will benefit from the thread.

Dr Oud's book is a great resource. The Oud making videos Ive seen all seem to use his method which does not include a mould for the bowl.
