Qantas caterers evacuated due to noxious odour

About 400 people have been led from a building at Mascot in Sydney's south which is believed to be used for Qantas catering.

Fire brigade authorities say it is believed a floor treatment product has generated an odour which has spread via the building's air conditioning system.

Seven people have been treated by ambulance staff.
