Hello everyone. I've had such a good response with my last post. I have decided to ask another question. With such a collection of knowledgeable experts on this forum I am such I will get the help I need.
I need to authenticate a guitar I have just bought is genuine.
From my internet research the serial number matches to a 1991 guitar and I believe the "Gibson"Logo and truss rod cover are "tell tail"signs of replica Gibsons so I have included two pics. Front and back of the headstock.
I am only worried because I got it for a good price and you know what they say about if something is too good to be true....
Thanks to everyone in advance for their knowledge and time.

Gibson Les Paul Standard
Looks good to me ...
Without eyeballing the whole guitar it looks right.
Grain direction, filler, serial # ( 1991 ), tuners all seem correct to me.
Someone else here might know their later model Gibbo's better than me.
Sounds like the price was good too ?
Well done.
Cheers, AP
