Not really.
The person filed the wrong papers, so they have had to withdraw the case, then the judge and arbitrator advised them of what they would need as evidence if they wish to proceed and refine the case.
Hopefully that is enough for them to just not bother continuing, but we will see, it was informative in regards to the requirement of an expert independent of the case, and that is at the plaintiffs costs, which of course can be claimed if they were to win the case.
