It's the second anniversary of the earthquake that hit Christchurch, New Zealand on 22/2/2011.

Nobody living there came out of it unaffected and even people like myself who no longer live there but have ties to the city didnt come out of it without scars.

The city's CBD was virtually destroyed during the quake....and with it my youth. My family will never be the same and relationships with more than one friend and family member will never be the same again.

There are many who will stay but for me going back to live in my home city is no longer an option.

Hi Martin, easy for us to forget something that we weren't part of, although I do remember watching it all on tv at the time. One of my staff members moved here from Christchurch after the earthquake. She has indicated similar feelings. Still hasn't gone back to get belongings etc. Will pray for your healing. Martin
