There is an auction now up on ebay for a variety of high-end woodworking tools as well as a big stash of timber, including Honduran mahogany boards. The same seller had another tool auction going here a couple of months ago and I bought a couple of items. I did not know him at that time but it turns out that that he lives in the same suburb as me in Sydney, so I have met up with him a few times now. He is a fairly young guy who is a very talented woodworker, and occasional guitar builder. For example, he built the Roubo-style workbench that all of the tools are photographed on in the auction (not the workbench that is for sale in the auction, he has two). His name is David Taylor, nice guy and very genuine seller. His tools are in good nic and he knows a lot about his craft. He is selling up all of his stuff to get himself and his wife through uni, and because he is renting and moving around a lot.
I have not looked closely at the timber so I don't know all of the details. He bought it largely for furniture making, not specifically for lutherie. But I imagine that there could be some backs and sides in those mahogany boards. Check it out here:

Re: tools and timber on ebay
Thanks for posting this Mark, I appreciate it.
I have a few items on ebay that may be of more interest to this specific group including some soundhole clamps, Vols 1-4 of GAL's Big Red Book of lutherie and a set of 10 colortone stains. In terms of the mahogany, as Mark wrote, the intent was never to re-saw into guitar back and sides and so I did not originally purchase with that in mind, but they may be suitable for such a purpose.
