Steve, whats the go with that side bender? It's still got the instruction label stuck on it....

Its a spare, I intend to re-design the woodwork room so its more useable, (not enough space), and I was going to set up a pedestal stand with 4 different profile benders setup back to back. Again time........

Dont know yet, wont be getting rid of them in a rush. I always come up with new projects and ideas.

Are you going to do it slightly oversize and then sand to avoid chips?

Dont know, havent had a chance to use it today, Ideally Ill just do it to size, and then see how much finishing up is required. If it needs a lot then Ill do another one but oversized fractionally.
