Mooning car surfer seriously ill

A 22-year-old Nelson man is also in Christchurch Hospital in the intensive care unit after a "car surfing" incident in North Canterbury on Saturday morning.
Senior Constable Chris Hughey told 3 News that Kane Heal had his trousers down and was mooning other vehicles from the roof when he fell at a speed of at least 80km/h.
The hospital said he was seriously ill today.
Heal required facial surgery after sliding 20 metres face-first along State Highway 7, at Mackintosh Flat about 10km north of the Hanmer Springs turn-off.
Heal had been climbing on top of a Nissan Skyline driven by his girlfriend as they travelled from Nelson to Christchurch.
There were long traffic delays as emergency services, including a helicopter from Christchurch, attended the incident.

I hope they throw the book at the stupid pr**k. They can start by booking him for not wearing a seat belt.

I had a very satisfying experience involving car hoons last night. Hearing a racket coming from the video shop across the road I went to investigate and noted 3 dimwitted Hoons fiddling under the bonnet of a very sick sounding Mazda rotary. Next thing there was alot of yelling and commotion and then a mighty puff of smoke as the car's engine caught fire.

At this stage I had two choices.....

1. be a responsible citizen and rush over with my workshop fire extinguisher and save the smouldering car.

or

2. head off to my workshop and work on a classical neck.

I truly don't know why anyone wastes their time rescuing or stitching these nit wits back up. I think Police and paramedics should be allowed to make a judgement call, and say "No, don't bother. He's a completer F~*K wit."

It was in NZ Hesh, typically she probably only had four teeth, wore a brightly coloured plastic tag in one ear was wearing a very warm jumper and kept shouting out the window for a bar as she drove down the freeway :D
