Now Ive heard it all

Post by kiwigeo » Fri Sep 21, 2012 7:10 pm

Got a frantic phone call from the wife at her work informing me she couldnt get the cat into gear. The vehicle had a clutch hose replaced a month ago so I immediately had visions of having to get the thing towed back home.

Just got another call. The RAA had arrived and could find nothing wrong with the clutch. Turns out the boss was trying to change gear while depressing the brake pedal (our cars a manual) instead of the clutch. Shes been driving a work car during the day thats an automatic so when she got back into our car to come home she didnt notice there were two pedals.

Makes a nice change when its your wife who has the senior moment .
