UKULELE is a registered trademark since 1958. (For canned pineapple).

Allen's in trouble for a breach of copyright with his pineapple Ukelele's then :shock:

Weissenborn is trade marked too by the late John Pearse for Gold Tone. I knew that you could buy car registration numbers but not family names - anyone want to buy mine?

Allens ok.....he's making Pineapple Ukes not Ukelele Pineapples. Most people soon work out that you cant eat a uke.
