For those interested in Sushi and Japan there's a very cool doco from last year called Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Delves into the lives of some very interesting people who dedicate their lives to mastering the art of sushi. The creator of the restaurant is 85 and has no plans of retiring from his recently branded three star michellin restaurant.
