This latest Selmer is now finished and I’m really happy with it. These guitars are a bit of a challenge.

Chechen back and sides.
Maple neck.Qld walnut f/board.

Nice work Wayne. Challenging guitars can do your head in at times but when you get them finished its the best feeling in the world.

Thanks Martin.
You're spot on, the first one did my head in so bad I left it for 6 months then went back and finished it.
Second one wasn't nearly as bad and this one was ok. I have 2 more on the bench I've just started.

Great looking and sounding guitar Wayne. The you tube presentation and playing of the guitar was very enjoyable. Beautiful craftsmanship and was definitely worth the effort. The Australia Red Cedar top has a wide dynamic range that has added power to the sound of the guitar.

Thanks Wayne.
I've only recently started using ARC and so far the guitars have sounded great. I'm a real fan of it now.
One of the two Selmers I've just started will have an ARC top, the other will be Sitka.
