Student build and finish

This guitar was strung up last night at our Central Coast School. Mahogany body, maple neck, ebony fretboard, USA Fender Strat pickups. The build was pretty easy but what I have been most impressed with is Glenn’s finish. The colour is hand rubbed tint (using alcohol base) and then sprayed with rattle can Wurth gloss. Lots of coats, pore filling, sanding, more coats and has bugged and it looks great! Photos are just on my iPhone and then cleaned up a bit.

"has bugged" should have read "hand buffed" :D

That is a very impressive finishing job by hand with rattle cans! Love the color too.
