Hey.
Finally getting around to posting a couple of my latest builds over the last 6 months. Finished the hollowbody about a month ago, es335 shape and scale length but rest is a bit different. Body is black walnut i got from austim and the neck is sheoak with a jarrah center strip because the sheoak blank was twisting a tiny bit, fretboard is woody pear, probably a touch soft so i put plenty of glue in with the frets to make sure they hold. The hardware is gotoh and tonerider p90s which sound great, i mostly use toneriders. Was my first crack at a semi hollowbody and scarf joint style set neck. Very happy with it, plays and sounds amazing.
The other guitar is a hardtail stratocaster style solid body. Body is camphor laurel and sheoak neck. All hardware is gotoh and i used fender tex mex pickups. Sounds and plays great but i would like a good guitarist to have a play of one of my builds, maybe get a bit of constructive criticism
I started doing the inlay design on this guitar and ill keep it up in case i ever get a chance to sell one. Just a hobby at the moment and still lots to learn.
