Wow, Piece of Art. Great job... Do people play these? I'd be worried about scratching it!!

One should never be afraid of playing a musical instrument. No matter how good it is.
It's core function is to play music. Otherwise it is just art.

Yes, as far as I'm aware they are played. I build them first and formost to be a great sounding and playing iinstrument.
