Beautiful! The blackbean looks amazing. How do you rate it for workability and tone?
Re: Blackbean, Cedar Guitar
Those woods look great together.
Epic finish! If I was any good with a spray gun I'd be tempted to buy some Mirotone.
What did you use for the neck?
Very nice build. Thanks for posting.
Cheers

Thanks. I'm not certain on wood for the neck. I feel it's Meranti however it's been suggested to be Cherry.seeaxe wrote:Those woods look great together.

Thanks Jim. This Blackbeen piece is amazing. I have some different boards but nothing like this piece. Nice to work with, plenty of springback when bending. This guitar is is bright really clean and articulate on all notes all up the board. really loud. To many things to affect tone for me to say its the Blackbean. However if I had some more i would certainly use it.Jim wrote:Beautiful! The blackbean looks amazing. How do you rate it for workability and tone?
