Top - Engelmann Spruce
Fret Board - Ebony with 12" radius

Rosette - Mango, Koa and Pau Shell

Hi Allen,
It's a beaut as usual!
Is the neck Blackwood also?
Thanks,
GregL.

Awesome as usual Allen, I really like the intense purple in some of those pieces of pau shell

Very nice as usual Allen (You must be getting fed up making these stunning ukes all the time!

). You've got the timber combo I'll be using on my next personal build!
Was it the customer's choice to go with the satin finish? I like satin finishes, especially yours

and it always looks like a 'functional' finish to me (even if it doesn't stay that way), but in this instance it seems to detract from the Ziricote somehow
I love the slothead that you've developed, really adds a touch of class to these little beauties.

Finish is high gloss Nick. Just managed to get this set of photo's to not show reflections. I photographed this one several times and the reflections on some made it so you couldn't tell what you were looking at. I have another set I shot yesterday that are much better and will be used in a magazine article.

Apologies Allen, and I've got me goggles on too! Must get them checked

Gorgeous. I'm gonna attempt my first uke soon, and you're the standard for me right now

Won't go far wrong if you hold Allen up as the standard to aim for Wayde, he's perfected these little fellas (and fellesses) to a "works of art" level,
consistantly.

...noice. The zircote is particularly tastey as is the rosette.

Looks great as usual.
I particularly like the detail where the neck stack blends into the body. Very classy.

The scale and shape is just sweet and the execution is stunning!

Thanks once again everyone. It took a long time and quite a few instruments to get to the point where I was really happy with the shape and proportions. Still tweaking things now and then, but that just keeps it interesting.
