I wouldn't even know where to start with knitting, but when we were growing up our mother used to sit there all night knitting us jumpers (different generation to how kids grow up these days). The sleeves were knitted as a flat piece and then rolled into a cylinder and joined with some sort of stich type process, same way it's joined to the body, which is a flat front, flat back and joined. You now know as much about knitting as I do!
Airbrushing, a few years back I enrolled in night school to learn how to airbrush, I struggled to make it work as time wise I was just trying to squeeze too many hours into these short days we get, I only completed one term, but went back for some compact weekend short courses and when I finally cleared my plate to go attempt the schooling properly, the airbrush school had closed down due to lack of students. So yes, I airbrushed this one but don't ask me to do anything complex or detailed as I just can't, I do have guys that I can handball all that to though.
The fingerboard, binding and neck are all wenge. It's lovely timber when it's finished but horrible to work with. Its hard. You cannot touch it without getting splinters. Massive pores in the grain which need extensive filling if you're painting. The finished result does have that wow factor though.
