Hi Guys,

#2. Sorry for the bad photography. This one turned out MUCH better than my first one. Sounds really nice and the finish tuned out well.

I like this one, nothing flashy on it with regards to adornment but looks crisp & classy. Nice use for some excellent bits of Blackwood and all finished with a nice bit polishing :D :cl :cl :cl

Thanks everyone. Very happy with this one, but obviously things I will do different next time. Really happy with the sound, big thanks to Trevor and his wonderful books. It's also pretty gratifying to get a passable finish on this one. Finishing for me has been such a nightmare, still can't believe how much work there is in it!

Really nice looking guitar Jeremy.

The finish is superb!

You've allowed the wood to speak for itself!

Congratulations mate.

Whats next?

Cheers

Awesome guitar Jeremy hard to believe its only your second!
really clean and elegant. You gotta put up a dark sheet or something and capture this beauty properly!!
look forward to the next!

Thanks Alan,

Next up is a small jumbo similar to a j185, first time not going from a plan. I am going to try a few different things like a scoop cut away and side purf. My wife also want's me to build her a uke so I will have to fit that in at some point.

We are moving out of the Gold Coast to Cunungra so hopefully we can do that without too much pain so I can get back into the workshop.
