Not a guitar
Here is one of my latest. Oval hole mandolin with Carpathian Spruce top, Tiger Myrtle back and sides. Neck is Queensland Maple, Blackwood pickguard and bindings, Lancewood tuning knobs and Ebony fingerboard, bridge and headstock overlay. I have used a lot of Myrtle in my mandolins and I like it for the easy way it is to work and the warmth and sweetness I get, but this is the first one in a while. I have always thought Myrtle lacked a bit in clarity when compared to Maple or Tassie Oak, but this mandolin proves me wrong. It has superb clarity in the mids and treble One of the best overall sounds I have managed to get so far in a mandolin. Doesn't look too bad either.
