Finally got my fifth off the bench, after a re-topping exercise created by my poor proficiency at repairing purfling issues. It was totally caused by operator headspace!

Super nice execution Waddy. And that silking in the top is amazing.
I've said it before, but I really love your rosettes. And that french polishing is coming along a treat.

Great work Waddy, fit and finish is very polished.
I edited your post to get the last image to display, not sure why it would not at first but placing and extra space between entries seems to have fixed it and now we can all see ur butt.
Cheers
Kim

Lovely, lovely work Waddy. Your rosette is beautifully executed,
How do you find the Lutz for a classical?
The silking in Shane's tops is amazing.

Thanks, fellows!
Bob, the Lutz is great for a classical. I find it has to be worked a little differently than German which is stiffer cross grain, but it sounds very similar. I use Lutz bracing too. Shane's stuff is hard to beat. My next will be my first Engelmann. I'm guessing it'll be much like German.

Top marks from me. The rossette is a stand out, it has a great mix of traditional and modern that works beautifully. Well done.

Many thanks to you all! My plan for this one was to have the little blocks, like my #4, but I started playing around with the Sycamore, and loved the way it looked. I'm hoping I can use it on the next too.

Nice looking classical I love that detail in the front of the headstock and the rays in that soundboard are very pretty too.
