Baritone uke

Post by 56nortondomy » Sat Jun 28, 2025 4:33 pm

Just finished this archtop baritone uke. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
Huon top
B/W back, sides, Bridge, tail piece and finger rest.
Eucalyptus finger board
Home made piezo p/up
Lacquer finish.

Nice work Wayne....a unique looking instrument with a lot of "personality".

That is a beauty! I am imagining the feel and the smell as you carved the Huon soundboard. Did you carve the back as well, or is that flat? The patchwork headstock plate also looks cool.

Thanks guys.
Huon always smells nice. It's a carved back Mark.
