I'm only worried about the guitar. Of any place to display the thing I thought this would be the place to share something so unique. It seems to be the right place for that.

Was that your first post? By way of preamble, I would have liked to see more. The reality is that most of the guys here seem to be acoustic builders and a few with the electrics....

I'm working on an electric or 2 at the mo', but there may be places that these efforts are better appreciated...don't know.....

My advice. come in to a cople discussions and make good comments and/or ask questions, etc and your work might be more commented upon.....????

Don't be too worried about a lack of comments Gerry, as Nick said it takes a little while on the forum to garner comments either good or bad. Also just posting pictures of a finished guitar or two is all well and good but as fellow builders we are also interested in neck materials, scale lengths, tuners e.t.c. Personally I don't care if nobody comments on something I may post, I post as a way for others to gain inspiration or give them food for thought, timber combinations that I've used or new tuners that may have just hit the market, finish. They may not comment but if, in the future, somebody remembers a timber combination I've used or a rosette design and either copies it or does a variation of it then I've helped in some way for the good. The smile on a customers face as they play it for the first time is the time I get my rewards

I don't comment that often, mainly because I am new, on my first build and have nothing really to offer except things like - "that looks cool" . I do look at all the acoustics for ideas and inspiration but admit I haven't been looking at the electrics. I'm not a musician and have only just started playing guitar, so the specs don't mean a lot to me at this stage.

Anyway - your guitars look cool

Don't be too put off Freddy the guitars are fine and if it helps I particularly like the look of the silver ask and tortoise job.

I think the lack of comment was due to the lack of detail provided in your text and with only a couple of stock guitar/amp type images, its difficult for people to see the true detail for themselves.

Thanks. They are a touch heavy but the tone is very good. The Lollar pickups are exceptional. I'll be looking forward to Nick's CS-336 project. Cheers.
