Hello all,
I am one of those lurkers that reads lots and gets ideas but doesn't post much. I have recently completed a radius sanding block jig simply because I couldn't stomach spending the money on some radii I didn't have. I have now made all that I need and thus won't likely use to jig again for some time. The jig is fairly well built and breaks down for easy movement/storage. There's a 3" dust port built in to keep the work reasonably clean. Just though I'd put it our there that if there's anyone in Sydney keen to make your own you're most welcome to borrow the setup. It's set up for a small laminate trimmer so you'd have to factor that in if it's something you wanted to borrow. I've made 7.25, 9.5, 12 and 16 inch radius blocks with it.

Re: Radius Block Jig
Hello there, the router table is self built in that I bought a flat pack cupboard and installed the bench top- I have a bunch of mobile bases in my garage. The router table tends to be the main free working bench. The router table insert is from Carbatec.
