Binding channel router on TV Swivel Bracket

I just upgraded this by fitting a new vertical slide and Kress Router.

Nicely done Ken. I'd be interested in seeing the spring counter balance set up for the router.

Nice

Thanks Ken. The fine adjustment idea is a nice touch and so simple when you see it! One that I'd never thought of and I'm paid to come up with ideas in my day job!

Nothing groundbreaking Allen...Just two springs, one end attached to the top fixed bit..and the other end to the moving bit...with an adjusting screw
(off a turnbuckle) at the top to set the balance ..The Brass sliding bits, used to be the fittings on an old Bass drum

And here's a close up of the business end...I've since replaced the cap screws at the bottom with button headed ones to avoid any chance of scoring the workpiece while cutting
