Hell of a good idea. Now just have to find a pin router that big to put in the shed.....

First I have to find a shed big enough to host such a pin router...

Anyway, it's a nice tool. But I'll stick with my chisel-and-spokeshave method as long as I don't go into bigger series than those of 1. :mrgreen:

Has anyone actually made his profiling jig, it appears simple to use and cool
