I am to give you guys a standing ovation from the Mrs. She thinks you all are wonderful. I argued with her telling her that it might go to your heads, make you blush and uncomfortable, but she won and besides, I agree with her. You are a great bunch of blokes.

Craig, we have been down this road with too many friends and family for it not to be very familiar. If I have come to realize anything its that your frame of mind, your unspoken expectations have as much, if not more impact on the outcome as the treatments. With that said, I know you have this licked. Keep laughing and smiling, it really is the best medicine.

Oh, I was going to get my head shaved in support, but it was pointed out that I would traumatize the little ones and wigs are uncomfortable. So, I'm heading out to get it clippered way back.

Geez , you're a funny bugger Sebastiaan  B.T.W you shouldn't have mentioned the soupstrainer . It's become decidedly loose and getting thinner by the day. Next step ,,,superglue

I think you've got a pretty good look going there Stu. Frank Zappa ? yep ,I can see that too !

Thanks for those good wishes Grant , Dom and Lillian. You said it right Lillian . A positive attitude is where it's at !

To those who shaved their noggin , I am in awe . That's an unbelievable gesture , but as I said , totally unecessary. You're certainly a fair dinkum bunch. I'm priviledged to know you all. Thankyou.

Cheers all
Craig Lawrence

Well, there was a bit of a mixup in translation. Martin mentioned a "lovely shiney nut", and said "Shave your nut and post up a pic", and well, I am unable to post a photo of what I shaved...

Craig, keep that positive, fighter's attitude. It will serve you well. Continued success to you with kicking the bad guys out of your body. Cancer sucks!

Take care,

Dennis

Your nut is looking great Craig. My wife thinks it's a big improvement. But she's biased. Loves to rub bald mens heads.

Do you think my head makes my ears look big.
No Allen, your ears just make your head look small 8)

Seeing as this is now my 100th post, I'll make it memorable.

Craig, all the best as you battle along. Fight hard and rest up when you need to.

I have two other friends right now battling cancer too.

Here's may semi shaved "nut". I've had it like this since July when I found out about one of my friends. My sister also shaved her head for that friend.

So Craig, you're added to the list!

This is yesterday when celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving.

Good one Rod. You're fitting in nicely.

And hope that Thanksgiving was a great one. Was my favorite time of the year. Not much incentive to throw a big Turkey in the oven here when it's 32 degrees though, so unfortunately we don't get to celebrate it in a traditional way anymore.
