SAD DAY AT THE ZOOT CAVE

Post by ZOOTMAN » Tue Sep 30, 2008 11:34 pm

Well I drove my new found mate Bob Connor to the airport this morning and I miss him already. We had a good time together for the past week. Bob is a fine man indeed. It was fun to watch him touch, feel smell and tap wood for hours on end. He's a pretty darn good picker with a nice tenor voice. Now I have to go get his stash ready to ship. I know his family is anxiously waiting his return home. I'll let Bob give you more details on his trip to the US.

Bob it was a pleasure having you stay with us my friend.

Cheers from the Zootman.

Thanks for looking after him for us Bob, left to his own devices he would surely have run astray..

Cheers

Kim it was my pleasure. He may be a few pounds heavier. He really enjoyed my wife Roseanne's cooking.

Bob, did you pat him (Bob C) down before you let him out of the car at the airport? All those hours spent tapping and smelling wood... he was probably trying to work out where to stash it all.

Hesh, you do seem to have a knack for producing amusing, though tasteless bordering on disturbing visual images. However, this tribute may have been more appropriate if it was for Kiwi Bob.

that pic reminds me of that old song
you know the one.

"Bah Bah Barack sheep,
Have you any wool,
yes sir, yes sir 3 bags full,
some for this bank, some for that bank."

ahhhhh, I forget the words,. goes something like that.. :?:

Don't mind me, I'm just amusing myself ,...the image just conjured up sheep, bails (as in banks), barack  anyway never mind.

I gotta say though ,..That is one hell of an ugly breed of sheep you got over there.

Hesh, you probably don't realise it, but this bears a striking resemblance to our previous Foreign Affairs Minister, Alexander Downer.
