Hello all,

I haven't contributed very much to this forum as yet, but view everyones postings twice a day. Thanks everyone for your regular input. I value the detailed content on guitar building and enjoy seeing what you're all working on. I also enjoy the dry humor as well as the occasional vent.

I'm in-between medical procedures at the moment, so all guitar building is on hold - I will commence posting my next build soon.

Hey Kim,

Glad to hear youre on the mend. Sounds like youve had some more surgery. Hope youre back firing on all cylinders and back in the workshop really soon.

Cheers Martin

Gawd, don't you just hate it when you have time off from work, but you can't do anything? Hope you are back on your feet soon.

Good to hear from you Kim. At least you have lots of time to plan the next build, but as Lillian said. I'd find it awful frustrating to have free time, but not be able to do the things I love. I sure look forward to seeing what you build next.

Showtell,

Ive also had health issues over the last year and know how frustrating it can be to be watching from the stands. Get well soon,

Try soaking in a warm bath with some sawdust, hot hide glue & shellac.

That oughta stiffen you up. You'll be well sealed and ready for sanding. Wear a mask.

Cheers Hip.

Geez Kim. At first read I thought you were a DOCTOR in between procedures. Good luck on the next one.
