Nice video Robbie.

I usually do mine in the radius dish, 2 at a time, but I like the idea of the jig.

Some pencil "witness lines" on the radius face would also help to tell when everything is trued up.

Have a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year

Regards
Bob, Geelong

Nice vid as always.

I have a deflection clamp, you push and clamp the brace wood into the holder, pass it through a table saw or bandsaw and your done

Nice video, thanks Robbie.

However I still reckon this is by far the easiest, quickest, least messy, and most accurate way for radiusing back braces- viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7372&p=80966#p80966

I recently shaped enough back braces for 21 guitars using Strato's method, 63 braces in total. Enough to last me about 10 years. :)
Took me 'an afternoon' to do all 63 starting from billets, finished with radius'd braces ready to be glued to backs and then crowned.
