Introduction and Fine Luthier's Gallery

Post by StratoA » Wed May 25, 2016 11:05 am

Hi Forum :)
I operate the Toronto (Lake Macqaurie NSW) Australian Guitar Making School, and am the Franchisor of AGMS.
Recently I have been working on and have now opened the Fine Luthier's Gallery also here at Toronto
http://fineluthiersgallery.com.au.

The Fine Luthiers Gallery has been set up as a venue where select hand made Australian stringed instruments can be showcased in a well presented neutral space. Musicians/buyers can book private time in the gallery where they can play the different instruments before purchasing.
All instruments are covered by commercial insurance in case of theft or damage.
The small number (<30) of select instruments for sale in the gallery will be photographed, recorded and promoted via our professional web page and facebook page to buyers and musicians Australia wide.
Please check out http://fineluthiersgallery.com.au and for those on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Fine-Luthiers- ... 3/?fref=ts.

Guitars and other stringed instruments are sold on a commission basis. As a promotion till the end of June 2016 the Gallery will be charging a discounted commission for instruments booked in by owners or makers.
This commission is much lower then what retail stores are charging. If you would like to place an instrument in the gallery or have any questions please contact me via PM or call 0425 202 154

I'm new to these forums, so please be nice :P , hope to be an active contributor to this great community.

Thanks
Strato

Welcome to the forum Strato, your reputation precedes you  (it's all good though). Fantastic idea you have here and I'm sure there are some fine makers here on the site that would fit in well with your gallery.

Thanks guys!
The boxes are Huon Pine, and I feel do compliment the guitars. :)
