Bridge pins

Post by jeffhigh » Wed Apr 06, 2016 6:40 am

Anyone got a source for oversized bridge pins?
I've Got a Maton here for repair with the pin holes (from the factory?) measuring 6mm at the bridge surface.
The current 5mm pins are swimming in the holes.

Hi Jeff,

Have you looked here at oversized bridge pin set - ebony:
http://www.realparts.com.au/bridge-part ... ebony.html

or maybe 3 sets of the black plastic acoustic bass bridge pins (=12 pins=2 guitar sets):
http://www.realparts.com.au/bridge-part ... black.html

(I think ALS carry the same things, just a bit more expensive)

Thanks,
GregL.
